30-Day Return Policy

We want you to love your Morpho purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, you can return items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Requirements

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In original condition with all tags attached
  • Returned in original packaging when possible
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Final sale items
  • Intimate apparel and swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
  • Items marked as non-returnable at time of purchase
  • Gift cards

How to Return

  1. Contact our customer service team at returns@morphofashion.com
  2. Receive your return authorization and shipping label
  3. Pack items securely in original packaging
  4. Attach the prepaid shipping label
  5. Drop off at any authorized shipping location

Refund Processing

Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for inspection and processing. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

To exchange an item for a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order. This ensures you receive your preferred item as quickly as possible.
